Propuesta de modelo de evaluación del desempeño profesional del especialista en medicina física y rehabilitación / Proposal of model of evaluation of the specialist’s professional performance in physical medicine and rehabilitation

Resumen

Objetivo: proponer un modelo de evaluación del desempeño profesional de los especialistas en Medicina física y rehabilitación que contribuya a los niveles de profesionalidad en la atención a discapacitados.

Métodos: mediante un estudio basado en el método histórico lógico y la sistematización se construye un sistema teórico con una concepción dialéctico-materialista que fundamenta el desempeño profesional de los especialistas en Medicina física y rehabilitación. Mediante la encuesta y la observación al desempeño se diagnosticó el estado inicial del desempeño profesional. Mediante la modelación y el método estructural funcional se propone un modelo distintivo de la evaluación del desempeño profesional en las dimensiones profesional, pedagógica, laboral, ética y político-ideológica.

Resultados: se elaboró una fundamentación basada en la filosofía, la dialéctica materialista y la modelación como expresión de la teoría del conocimiento y su relación con lo sociológico, lo ético y lo jurídico que sustenta el modelo de evaluación del desempeño profesional de los especialistas en medicina física y rehabilitación. En el modelo se definen las etapas con acciones, donde a partir de los problemas identificados se proponen transformaciones para elevar la calidad en la prestación del servicio al discapacitado en los diferentes niveles de atención. La consulta e expertos calificó el modelo de adecuado y viable para aplicar en la práctica.

Conclusiones: se propuso un modelo distintivo de evaluación del desempeño profesional del especialista en Medicina física y rehabilitación para contribuir a los niveles de profesionalidad en la atención al discapacitado en los diferentes niveles de atención.

ABSTRACT

Objective: to propose a model of evaluation of the professional acting of the specialists in physical medicine and rehabilitation that it contributes at the profesionalidad levels in the attention to discapacitados.

Methods: by means of a study based on the logical historical method and the systematizing is built a theoretical system with a dialectical-materialistic conception that bases the professional acting of the specialists in physical medicine and rehabilitation. By means of the survey and the observation to the acting the initial state of the professional acting was diagnosed. Starting from those results and by means of the modelación and the functional structural method intends a distinctive model of evaluation of the professional acting in the dimensions professional, pedagogic, labor, ethics, political ideological.

Results: a foundation was elaborated based on the philosophy, the dialectical one materialistic and the modelación like expression of the theory of the knowledge and its relationship with the sociological thing, the ethical thing and the juridical thing that it sustains the pattern of evaluation of the professional acting of the specialists in physical medicine and rehabilitation. In the pattern they are defined the stages with actions, where starting from the identified problems they intend transformations to elevate the quality in the benefit from the service to the discapacitado in the different levels of attention. The consultation and experts qualified the pattern of appropriate and viable to apply in the practice. 

Conclusions: a distinctive model of evaluation of the specialist’s professional of the performance intended in physical medicine and rehabilitation to contribute at the profesionalidad levels in the attention to the discapacitado in the different levels of attention.
